hello guys hellp for my short question! I need short and precise answer; if my question is not clear i will repeat it latter so contact/post answers,suggestions...........

oh! sory; to be clear my qutsetion; am developing lolalized web browser(for the menu are localized) and the browser must have;history,bookmark,speed dial and its own downloader not External downloder like IDM;but its own that means it simly download with out installing idm or other software! here what i want help is how can i make speed dial(rectangular boxes when new tab is open) & the language i use is C#; software visual studio 2012! so i need some hint on the downloader and speed dial;
