how to install opencv and codeblocks in fedora 14?

i am presently working on a image processing project in a fedora 14 preloaded kit named 'IFC946X INTEL ATOM processor kit'. the detailed profile is given by 'IFC946X_User_Guide_001708_Rev_B.pdf'. there is need for installing opencv and codeblocks in that. please provide how to install them. please provide the configaration settings for codeblocks with opencv. i have searched for them so much but i am always getting (repomd.xml) repository error always while using 'yum' commands. Is there any other way? can anyone please help me out.

while using the yum commands i am getting this error. command "yum install code blocks" gives this message.
"Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repond.xml) form repository fedora. please verify its path and try again."

You need to check that the file actually exists on that link. Maybe you need to download it first.
