How to view a Website running on local machine via android device

In android programming http://10.0.2.2 is the address of localhost. But it is used to communicate via port number 80. You should check the port number of running .net application. It may be some 6099, etc... So you should use the port number also. Like this: http://10.0.2.2:6099
