how to convert java awt shape to postgis geometry type?

i am tried to parse java.awt.shape to postgis Geometry type.
how to i am parse the arc or circle or rectangle to geometry type.

Example :

Arc2d arc = new Arc2D.Double(100,100,50,50,60,70);
Geometry geom = new Geometry(arc);

Result :

Polygon (..........) - i want this type of result

there any API is applicable??????
