Need to open a particular sheet from one workbook, onto another

Hi all,

I am running my code as an excel addin. I need to open a particular sheet from one workbook, as a new sheet in the workbook that I am running under.

Is that possible ?

Solution 1

No, it's not possible. You would have to open the workbook and copy the sheet you need to your current workbook.

Workbooks are independent containers for worksheets. Worksheets cannot be "shared" by multiple workbooks.
