glomosim installation error

I am getting an error during installation of glomosim. When I tried to run the config.in file by this code "glomosim config.in" then
error:
glomosim is not recognized an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. How can I fix this?? Please help..

You need to provide the full path to the glomosim executable (or command file). Or first move to the directory that contains it.

glomosim.exe has been built correctly?
Fulll instructions to build it are here[^].
You have to be sure that the executabble has been built and that it is available: its directory is in the path chain or you're in the directory where is it.
Anyway this is not a software question, but an app specific question.
