TFS how to get test step details note?

I tried comment and ErrorMessage Property from ITestCaseResult, but no luck. I need to get the tester note from test run.

What version of TFS are you using? Are you using the web browser, Visual Studio, or Microsoft Test Manager?

I am using TFS sdk c# development. Picture depicted was from test manager 2013.

So you are trying to get the attachment from the SDK? What version is TFS?

Version 2013. Not the attachment, but tester's note.

Have you tried the the comment property on the interface?
