Yes, but not same,
As Power Point and Impress use their own extension (.ppt etc) like that i want my own file that can store multiple things(images, audio,video etc) and can only open by my program.thanks....

Where is the code you have tried? Best to use google if you are looking for something already done.

Create a dynamic MS office file upload/add each file dynamically and add protection to that file to open.
