How to use tinymce for a blog functionality?

Hello Programmers, i understand from experience that if you want to use tinymce in your application to write an article that involves pictures upload, your form will be of this format: enctype="form-mult..." but i still don't get it because if you want to display the article in view mode, how will your view be structured?

I want to include an article functionality in my application but i dnt knw how to. Please help me on this with a direct answer
