Handling a Java Applet Pop Up in Webbrowser

Dear Experts,

I have an application which has a link that opens a Java Applet as Pop Up. Now the problem is that when I test through a winform by webbrowser, the pop up appears outside of the webbrowser. The Pop up event never lands in NewWindow, NewWindow2, NewWindow3 events. How do I control this pop up so that I can navigate the webbrowser to this popup. Any help is much appreciated !!
