unable to add a add-ins in the microsoft word 2013 from visual studio 2013 application.?

we have an application in visual studio 2013. and we are make a word 2013 setup for this to add-ins to Microsoft word 2013. but create setup file successfully but when we install the setup file it will not be added in to office word->option->add-ins option. please help us to find a solution for this problem.
