From where you browse those files? What you mean by browsing? You want to display those file content in the web page? Explain your problem in details and what have you tried so far?

The question makes no sense because the concept of "browsing" is not applicable to the files. Maybe you just need to view the files. Besides, .DOC format is obsolete, and Microsoft Word and PDF are not parts of W3 standards. Usually, people represent these documents as HTML and show them on the page, and, with PDF, it's more usual not to do anything about it. PDF is usually left to the user, because the viewers are readily available, and some can be used as plug-ins for some browsers; if such plug-in is not available, the user can always use some off-line viewer. In all cases, you should not assume that any PDF software is available. It won't present any problems, because any resource can always be saved in a file, to view it later.
