Setting primary and foreign key in VS2010 Ultimate

I am using VS2010 Ultimate with SQL Server 2008 R2 which comes with VS2010 ultimate package. I am not getting how can I set relationship(primary and foreign key) between 2 tables. I googled it but still I am unable to find solution for that. Thank you.

Do you need to create these relationships via script or can you use the GUI?
