How to "Sign the Clickonce manifests" in Visual studio 2010 from command prompt

We have a Word 2010 add-in application in C#.net. Actually we are using Github for code Sync.
When we switch our branch on github, we need to manually sign our manifest in visual studio.

We want to sign the manifest from the command prompt to automate our build process.

Please help if someone have any idea.
