I can connect simple .fdb database with c# but i am not able to connect navision Stand alone database with c#.

It's "Navision", not "naviasion".

How you connect, if at all, to the database is dependent on the version of the server you are running. For older versions, you can use the C/Front SDK. For newer version, C/Front isn't supported. The only supported method is to go through the web service interface.
