How to calculate real time interest when we type in textbox

I have three textboxes on focus of third textbox i have to check the required validation of first and second textbox and when they get validated then when i am going to type on third textbox i have get calculate real time interest on the basis values of this three textboxes.

"Real time interest"?! What is that supposed to mean? Interest in learning real-time system? Then why ASP.NET and JavaScript? :-)

i have no idea what it is you're asking us to do? Do you mean you want to disable the 3rd textbox until 1 and 2 are validated, and then run a calculation on all three?
