In some rare cases this query will return in-correct result, because in syscomments table the text column is of type nvarchar(4000). If the sp text is exceeding this limit, sp text is split and stored

Note, the query mentioned in the section "How to search Stored Procedures containing a particular text?" will not return Stored Procedures which have the first occurance of the serach string after 4000 characters. It would be better to use the sys.procedures View as explained in my blog:...
