Yes, you can add one of these as content, for example Release one, but don't forget to set uninstall project to be built before main project, to ensure you're using uninstall.exe with latest changes.

I think it doesn't matter in this particular code. Code in Elapsed and UpdateCompleted is consecutive you can even stop timer if UpdateCompleted cause you will need to restart application anyway.
