I switched the implementation of literals. There are still literal classes but they are no longer generics as that wasn't buying me anything. I wonder if the CGT file is out of sync with the constants

So it is trying to coerce RevisionStatusId into a string because it thinks that integer literal is one? I could reprodruce with this type but I'll take a closer look class T {
