You should ask yourself if all the screenshot are really needed. If yes, just post them. But remember: you can write an article about installing Office with 20 screenshots, or just write two sentence

Netbeans an Eclipse are IDE's. Doesn't matter which one you use. In the end, its just a jar file. You can Code in Notepad++ and write your own Script to create a jar file. It should even be possible
