Disabling "Restart Now" Windows message after automatic OS updates

Are you annoyed of the "Restart now" message in Windows? Here is a solution for that.


There are so many ways to disable the annoying "Restart Now" message. Here is one solution to disable it.


Go to Start menu Run option and type "net stop wuauserv" or stop the automatic update service after the update from the task bar. You will be happy now Smile | <img src=

Run.. gpedit.msc..Admin templates.. Windows update... THAT is where to do it...
Dunno if it works for other version, but XP had the most annoying reminder.
