The Buzzword Bingo forum is a place to post examples of ludicrous,
convoluted and meaningless buzzwords and marketing drivel dreamed up by those seeking to sound
more important and meaningful than they actually are.
We are developers, which means our job is to simplify complicated and ill-expressed requirements
in order to produce something elegant and useful. If you want to impress us then please just tell it
to us straight. The less pre-processing we have to do the more we will be interested.

Got this in our Issues / Requests system:
SFTP channel for RHB
SFTP ==> should be Secure File Transfer Protocol (or Standard or Special...)
RHB ==> Swiss Regional train company running to Saint-Moritz (nothing to do with computers, but the only one I can think about)

Last time I wrote front end stuff I recall OS producers having intensely complex style guides for "look and feel compliance."
Unless of course you're writing for Linux, in which case "native look and feel" means "throw a bunch of poorly aligned crap at the screen and say 'well its like, open source man, change it yourself' whenever anybody complains."

It means that it won't get funny looks or racist comments if it goes out in your neighbourhood.

In Spain NATIVE LOOK would be you with a Sevillana's dress (you know a polka-dot dress[^]).
And in Spain, the NATIVE FEEL would be you with a toro's[^] horn in your ass.
And this summarizes well what is the Spanish look and feel. This is specially true if you think about our politics...

There are people who actually write that sh*t? Hire him. He can take the blame for everything that goes wrong. He can add it to his CV:
"I am experienced in taking inbound launches of primary accountability for synergistic points of decline and demonstrable metrics of non-conformance."

Tiger team? Hired guns? What a bunch of wankers. Who'd want to work in a zoo run by those a***holes?

Danny, worry not. It's the way businesses do things these days. They pick those terms and expressions up like you'd find dog shite on a pavement in Paris. I'd like to meet the toe-rags who coined: blue sky thinking; thinking outside the box; pushing the envelope and others. I'd thank them for being a**holes.
