IIS Web Farm 2.2 confihuration and Replicate sites from one farm to another farm

Hi All,
I am working on IIS Web farm framework 2.2. I Configured Primary Server and added Secondary Server. When i upload any site its automatically replicated to Seconadary server. so far its working fine.

My Issue: Now i configured Another Primary Server with Secondary Server. If i manually copy sites from previous primary server and copy to Second Primary Server its running fine. But i want that when i change First Primary Server it wiil automatically change the Second Primary Server and of course it will replicate.

Example:

1. I have DEV01 primary Server with Secondary Server Configured by Web farm framework.works fine.

2. I have another QA01 primary server with secondary server configured by web farm framework 2.2

issue: when i do any change in dev01 it should be automatically changed in QA01. What configuration Required for that?

Any sugession or Answer will be highly appreciated.
