want to get all short cut files ?

hi Everyone....
I want to get all short cut files of my computer . system provides some path like Programs , Desktop etc
but i can not get the specific folder path which shows all short cut files .
 
Is there any way to get that path or any process to solve this problem??

Programs, Desktop and so on are special folders, not shortcuts. Shortcuts can address any file or folder, and can be either .lnk files or nths level links. Witch of the two are you actually needing?
