hi everyone

I was in an accident and I didnt here to ask of you some questions Smile | :)
i wanna see my shared computer on vb.net how can i do it??
mean I wanna have a search like net view.

I have written a program that can search all sub-folders with all contain and some string finding...so i wanna same this i search in others network computers like i give \\somePC and will searched all folders and fills in there now is clear??

Not clear what it is that you are trying to do or what seeing a shared computer has to do with searching anything.

Then it would be nice to update your original question to allow all the CPians to see this extra amount of information.

Your explanation means that you use file sharing protocol which give the access to some remote computer and directories to some or all clients of your local network. In this case, a client computer can mount these shared directories like "\\somePC" or "\\somePC\someSharedDirectory" and "\\somePC\someOtherSharedDirectory". In such cases, from the point of view of a client computer and its user accounts which are granted the access, such directories are no different from "physically local" directories. Your program should work work with such shared directory exactly in the same way.
