Unable to update Visual Studio SP1

I've already installed Visual Studio, now i want to install ASP.NET MVC 4 for Visual Studio 2010 so i got a message that i need to update that Visual Studio to SP1; and Download SP1 from this link[^].
While Running i am getting another message that i have to give a path which contains the installation package 'silverlight.msi'; though i have already installed silverlight and link the path but getting another message that
"the file is not a valid installation package for the product Microsoft Silverlight. Try to find the installation package 'silverlight.msi' in a folder from which you can install Microsoft Silverlight."
 
So please suggest me how to update Visual Studio as well as install ASP.NET MVC 4 for Visual Studio 2010 in my PC.
