It's your research project. How are you recording them ? what data do you have to store ? What formats can it take and keep it's meaning ?

We record it through camera.try to store it by using jpeg format.
At last our outcome should be a text according the corresponding hand sign.
we need to give our output as a sentence,how to get it?
Can we store images in 3seconds delay in DB ?Then we try to output it as a video.
Can't we produce a video by adding image?
