setting login username and password same as the system username and password

I need to design a login page using PHP which takes password as the default password of the machine login i.e. the password that the user enters when he/she logins to his/her computer.
 
Also the username should be the username the user uses to login to his system.
 
Is it possible using PHP? How can I do it?
