I want to create an speech recognition aplicarion .. example: an application to call the employee data or applications to learn to recognize letters with speech recognition as an input .. This project makes me try to Tcl / Tk and Snack using C language. Can you provide some references for my research paper ato can you help me the steps to create the database and program code?
