how to implement existing dot net project in cloud

I created a Cryptography application which act like a simulation how the data can be encrypted and decrypted in network during transmission. My application works in a single machine and no need of DATABASE. Now i want to implement the same coding the cloud.
 
I want to know how to implement it in cloud and while implementing whether i want to add any new codes.. Any one please help me how to do this.
