Basically a slideshow script, but more simple in design and easier to deploy.

2015 – The year of change on the new road forward
We started out making specialty software back in 1995, Page Ability for DOS and Windows. So back to our roots, in which writing Windows Apps has proven more profitable than websites for us in the last 2 years. Now you can make websites for free using the internet, so let those folks write their own copy and take their own pictures.

So we have been making Windows Apps that access a customer’s website, to scrape data and store in a database on the client’s machine. Then the customers clients use that data to sort, create price list, send inventory and order alerts, make quotes, and take payment via credit cards. Soon they will be able to invoice their customers as well.

We have also been making what I call Windows overlay apps. We have many customers still running DOS apps from the late 80's, and have requested work on a Windows App that can access the DOS data. One such app we made is able to invoice electronically via email and PDF, generate past due notices on the fly, rather than look at an aging report, electronic order confirmations with electronic signatures, and so forth.

So the future for redCopper is going to change again for 2015. We’re going to start making our own programs for sale to the general public, specialty apps, and create our own website like Code Project or something using our HX5 ecommerce technology and MVC. Not Code Project, but you know what I mean.

No more regular websites, were tired of designing and writing other peoples websites for the last 10 years. Now it's time for use to write our own stuff. But we’ll still do it for our close friends.

We have a new website written in HTML5 using MVC 5
