I graduated from TU Bergakademie Freiberg as a geophysicist. Currently I'm working as a software engineer in a small company in Dresden. I'm doing software development mainly in C/C++, C# and sometimes in Java. My company is developing test systems for the semiconductor industry. For the last three years i'm doing consulting at SUSS MicroTec where i implemented the SPECTRUM Vision system, a software controlling their iVista digital microscope.

If i'm not coding for money i'm coding for fun, The results can be found at SourceForge (muParser) and CodeProject (magnetic pendulum fractal, wator screensaver). If i'm not coding at all im interested in astronomy, fotography and biking.
