Custom Rule Engine approach which can evaluate complex combinations of business rules. A sample application is provided in WPF following the MVVM pattern.

namespace CustomRulesMVVM.Models
{
    class City
    {
        public string CityName { get; set; }
        public string Temperature { get; set; }
    }
}
