This article summarizes two utility classes used for data and command bindings in Silverlight MVVM applications and demonstrates how to use the two classes with a running example.
<Application xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation"
             xmlns:x="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml"
             xmlns:VModel="clr-namespace:MVVMUtility.ViewModels"
             x:Class="MVVMUtility.App">
    <Application.Resources>
        <Style TargetType="UserControl" x:Key="WindowStyle">
            <Setter Property="FontFamily" Value="Verdana" />
            <Setter Property="FontSize"  Value="12" />
        </Style>

        <VModel:MainPageViewModel x:Key="MainPageViewModel" />
    </Application.Resources>
</Application>
