Suppress Flickering Scrollbars in Autosizing CListCtrl

How to avoid flickering scrollbars that appear when resizing CListCtrl which has a last column with the LVSCW_AUTOSIZE_USEHEADER value set.

Graduated at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb (Croatia) and received M.Sc. degree in electronics. After book publication, completely switched to software development, programming mostly in C++ and in C#.
In 2016 coauthored the book "Python for Curious" (in Croatian).
