To compile samples, perform the following in sequence.

1. Open sample solution and build it. If DBHelper.dll reference is broken,
   remove and readd it based on dll build in src compiling.

2. After all samples are compiled, set up the sample database using
   "create sample database.sql" using query analyzer.

All samples is testing using VS 2003 and SQL Server 2000.
However the samples can be compiled too using VS 2005.
