Shows how to build solution files from command line or via contextmenu item.
REM load path vars
"c:\program files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET\Common7\Tools\vsvars32.bat"
REM build mysolution with debug solution configuration, write build output to buildlog.txt file
devenv.exe mysolutionfile.sln /rebuild debug /out buildlog.txt
REm wait for user to hit enter or space
