Prizes were awarded based on how tightly an entry adhered to the conditions of entry, including: Focus and scope, overall quality, coherence, and structure. We're partnering with Metroplex Technology Business Council and their Windows Azure TechQuest Program, as it drives a supportive business environment for all technology companies. TechQuest is a program of the Metroplex Technology Business Council, the largest technology trade association in the Southwest. The program gives small technology companies, university researchers and technology entrepreneurs an opportunity to present their technology-based ideas and business plans to a major U.S. “Technology Innovation Seeker” companies. Metroplex Technology Business Council will help determine prize winners.
