C# 2.0 is the winner, and Delphi is second.
 
and most interesting of them all is that I don't like any of them;P
I have to think about programming a lot more.
 
Wait a second. This surviey cleverly devides C++ into 3 groups. Considering this, C++ must be at least the second tool.
