No one can answer detailed information about Entity framework here in a discussion thread. Do you have a specific question about Entity framework? If not, I'd advice you to get a book and learn from it. Come back with specific questions. Also Entity framework and MVC can't be compared. They both do different things.

also you don't say compile a header file, header files are included when you compile the relevant source file. If you are using VS2005 or later, I suggest to use the C++/CLI rather than old Managed C++
