Hi, i have emp reg form, in that for new reg whatever enterid, is to validate with already existed empids in db to check for duplicate, for this right now i did this with validate button , and working fine. buw thwy said no need validate button and that validate functionality is moveted to onchange textbox. means once enter any id, on press tab to move to next field, then validation neeed to done and display proper messages for duplicate ids....plz send me the code, i need this urgnt
