My sites use both SQL CE and SQL Server 2008 Express. After installing Web Server Components I haven't experienced any problem.

I don't understand why this happens. It looks like you have selected a bak file that doesn't exist, but the source selection is guided in the restore procedure.

Your query is running in SQL Compact 4.0. What kind of error is giving with SQL Compact 3.5?
