How to call a function in interval

Hi,

I am working in Devexpress gauge control. I have a two custom gauge control panel. So I kept two timer for this panel. And I need to put one more panel for Alarm in Repeater control. That repeater control loads data from db certain interval. I didn't Know how I bind the data within interval period. I tried AspxCallbackpanel, but I am not clearly understand how to use this. Anybody help for this problem?
