If you mean "I want to remove some validation procedure call from an vb application exe file that I don't have the source code for because someone else wrote it" then I'm sorry, but:
1) You have a major job on your hands, how much so depends on the original author and how they have released the application.
2) This is the wrong site for hacking applications: we get paid to produce software, not help people do things that may circumvent copy protection. I'm not saying you are trying to hack, but it sure sounds like it!
