Having it popup and cover the text was annoying me. Try Ctrl-F5. I just tried it with IE 9.0.8112.16421 and it didn't show either - just HTML encoded without adding the pre/xml tags. It shows here: Over the top of the Smileys - which makes me think that may be the problem. Q&A doesn't have the Smiley box... (And why the f'in heck can't you copy-n-paste the version from the IE about box?
