When I am browsing the forums, the time stamp (in the message below the TreeView) seems to be getting updated almost as fast as the time is changing. So I cannot see which forums have new messages. This only started in the last couple of days.

I've tried completely clearing my cookies, in case something was corrupted.

I had to sign in again, which for some reason rejected my password, so I had to use the "forgotten password" option.

After signing in again, the problem persists.

The cookies I have set (without the values, obviously):

1. So, can you explain me in general what is the difference between article and project nominations ?

2. And, specifically, what publications you recommend to be posted as an article and which ones as a project ?

Some of them - like this one: Registration form using PHP in MVC Codeigniter Framework[^] - are just unformatted code dumps.
But the moderation options are "Approve" and nothing else:

We need at least a "reject" option.
