Don't look for the complete source code , try to learn the technologies involved and do what you want.
Doesn't it sound interesting & fun?

Nobody is going to "give" you the source code. We'll help you with writing your own code when you get stuck but we're not going to do your research for you (because you learn nothing in the process) and we're not going to write your code for you (because you learn nothing in the process).

Your focus is not on the entire process you described, end to end. It should be on one thing at a time. Learn how to write a web service. Learn how to write web service code that connects to a SQL database to get its data. Learn how to write Android code that calls a web service method and gets a return value to process. Each of these is a separate experience.
