DataSet.xsd : Problem in creation of DataSet.xsd

Hi, I m getting problem in creation of DataSet.xsd.

When we click "add new item" => DataSet.

It must be open in graphical mode to add table and make relationship between the table.

But when I do this Dataset open in xml mode.What is the step or setting to open it designing mode.

I reinstalled the SQL server and Visual Studio but problem is the same.

try running "devenv /resetskippkgs" from the visual studio command prompt.
