Can some one let me know the .Net code to streaming the CPU amd memory usage for a single process to represent in a chart or graph on a contiuation for monitoring purpose.

I have already gone thru the code but this article is all about all the processess running on your system. I am after to get the info for a particular Process say i need to know how much CPU and memory being consumed by .Net process or exe.

Any help would be appreciated.
