it can be seen in this following website :
Go to :
1)http://www.idashboards.com ( and then go to)
2)Live Dashboard Previews panel at center
you can see previews of charts
3) Go to third on right named " Credit Union "
4) frame opens and select second tab " Executive scoreCard"

Since, you referred to a website, I assume it is a ASP.NET application that you want the feature for (though you have not tagged so! )

Look here at these articles, they do the stuff you are looking for:
Expandable panel inside a GridView[^]
Displaying Collapisble Data in GridView[^]
Collapsible DataGrid and GridView Control[^]

You wanted it 'urgently'. If it was a learning project why would that be?

The site your are referring to is done using flash. So your best hope is to
1. Implement what is out there by your self (very costly IMHO)
2. use flash
3. use silverlight ( I assume there may be a control, or it may be fairly less expensive than option 1)
